Here is how it works:

You pay a monthly subscription fee and receive a discounted rate on each service needed. Example: If you get an exterior only package and your rate comes in at $.20/sq ft of glass, you would be paying $.10/sq ft with the subscription.

Winter months can take a toll on your outside assets, especially here in Minnesota where they use salt.  We provide sanding, restaining, and sealing services for your deck or wooden fence.

Rates vary:

 For Deck railings and dowels, we measure the total sq footage of one side, of the railing wall, and use the same rates as we do for the floor decking.

Sanding rates vary based on condition of wood, thickness of old paint, number of spindles, etc.
